AEROPRESS RECIPE
Data:
– Brew ratio 1:16,4
– 14 gram coffee
– 200 gram water 96°C
– Brew time 1:30 minutes
Equipment:
– AeroPress (link)
– AeroPress filter (link)
– Barista scale with timer (link)
– Kettle (preferably with gooseneck ) (e.g. Hario Buono)
– Coffee grinder (e.g. DF64 | G-IOTA)
– Spoon

Follow these steps

Weigh 14 grams of coffee and grind on grind setting 30-45 with the DF64 | G-IOTA this is a medium-fine grind size.

Place the filter in the AeroPress and wet it, this way you will remove all the flavours and odours contained in the filter.

Put the coffee in the AeroPress and tare the scale to 0.

Start the timer and pour the total 200 grams of water over the coffee.

Stir 3 times with a spoon, and put the stopper of the AeroPress on top. This will prevent the coffee from dripping through.

Wait 60 seconds and remove the stopper, stir again 3 times.

Place the stopper back on the AeroPress and gently press all the coffee out of the Aeropress in about 30 seconds.

To serve, stir through the coffee and let it cool a little. Enjoy!
