Sebastião started the Do Cedro farm in 1983.  Their location’s unusually high altitude and microclimate provides the perfect environment for coffee trees to grow gradually, giving its beans a more delicate and pronounced flavour.  After harvesting, the beans have been dried on raised flat beds to increase sweetness. This coffee gives us everything we want from a proper Yellow Catuai from Brazil: a pleasant body, nougat-like sweetness and a nutty after taste that is enjoyable in a black or milk-based coffee.
