BRAZIL — RIO BRILHANTE
The Rio Brilhante estate is named after the river that nourishes its coffee crops. Their award-winning estate coffees are meticulously produced. The hand-picked cherries are placed on raised beds to dry in the sun and carefully rotated each day. After 15 days, they are transferred to a dry store for an additional 45-day period. This process results in a full-bodied, dark chocolate-like coffee, capturing the essence of the region.
