Top-notch Canephoras are the hallmark of Toi Nguyen. Mr. Toi was the first Vietnamese farmer to produce specialty Canephoras. He invested in experimental processes to elevate the quality of his coffees, therefor reaching competition grade quality. He grows coffees that cause a sensation and completely dispel the prejudice that “Canephora can’t taste good.”. This particular coffee has been fermented for 24 hours giving it a full bodied, velvety flavour profile. Which makes it a hit in any espresso.
