Situated in the Eastern part of the Guji district, Shakiso is located at an altitude of 1980m. This lot cultivates coffee plants that have matured for approximately 10 years. Influenced by the lower altitude and the rainforest canopy, the cherries from this lot are slightly larger. After harvest, the beans undergo an age-old washing technique, resulting in a delightful silky mouthfeel. Enjoyable for both filter and espresso.
